Website terms

Service information

This website introduces Touba Design & Build’s services and collaboration approach. It does not constitute a project proposal, cost estimate, professional opinion or construction agreement. The services, scope, fees, schedule and responsibilities for a project are established separately in a written agreement.

Professional services

Engineering, architectural and other regulated professional services are provided by appropriately licensed professionals retained for the project. General website information does not replace project-specific advice, technical review or required approvals.

Reference images

Architectural photographs, concept interiors and construction images are used as visual references. Unless expressly identified otherwise, they are not representations of completed Touba projects, named Touba employees or project authorship.

Project enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a professional appointment or construction contract. Share only information and document links you are authorized to provide.
